澁谷 和朗 (Shibuya Kazuro)

専門 セネガル、ブルキナファソで、学校レベルに権限を委譲し、地域住民、保護者の学校運営の意思決定への参加と支援を基盤とした自律的学校運営政策の分析、政策比較分析フレームワーク及びツールの構築、政策実施面で必要な地方行政や学校関係者の能力開発について調査研究を行ってきました。現在はガーナで保護者や地域社会の人々との関係性の中で、学校に関わる関係者の支援と説明責任、お互いへの信頼醸成、学習の質改善の鍵を握る教師の動機付けについて研究しています。
